I'm Vicky Crawford the person behind Patches.
I have 10 years experience making your memories.
I only use the highest quality interfacings and super soft fibre fill stuffings to make my memory gifts. So you can be sure that...You are in safe hands.
I love receiving your parcels of precious clothing and creating for you your own unique memory gift. Every item in your parcel expresses your families deep love for each other.
It is an honour to receive your precious fabrics and I'm humbled that you've entrusted me to create your families memories.
I will notify you as soon as your parcel arrives. Then get to work on making your memories.
The magic starts with me carefully stabilising and cutting out your fabrics and creating your memory bear, quilt or cushion. Each fabric is carefully selected to showcase it best in your finished item.
The exciting part happens when I start sewing your memory gift together. I have 40 years experience sewing having learnt on a hand turned singer machine that belonged to my Grandmother and Mother before me when I was a child. I use all that experience to make your memories.
To finish I stuff my bears with high quality fibre fill balls, sew on their smiles and noses and attach their ribbons or ties. My cushions are plumped and my quilts inspected and carefully folded. Photo's are taken and sent to you and then I post your memories home to you. Trusting An Post's registered post with your precious cargo.
